In the modern development of polymer materials science, particularlyresin industry developed rapidly. Poly propylene (PP) is one of the fastest growing varietiesa of thermoplastic resin. and its high cost makes it become the focus of the business pursued. Through certain techniques, more excellent performance will be shown. For example, one of the important means modifying PP is regulating the use of PP crystal form Researchers Chinese Academy Institute Chemistry of recently synthesized crystalline PP resin which has β- directional characteristics by certain technical means .And the β crystal content accounted for about 80%, and structure is stable. The research team made further inquiry on β- directional crystallization kinetics of crystalline PP resin by using a DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) method and were compared with ordinary PP resin ,and we can get the advantages of crystallization rate. From the microscopic point of crystallization process, we can evaluate t he method of polymerization reactor and then get β- directional crystalline PP resins . |
